We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt. All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

Returning your item

Return by post - UK Customers

Returning an item(s) to us couldn't be easier! For your convenience we use the Royal Mail Tracked Returns Portal to generate your returns label and track your parcel. To start the returns procedure please navigate to the following URL, or click on the link in our returns section on the website.

Please fill in the details required on the portal. Once completed you will receive an e-mail from Royal Mail containing all the information you will need to complete       your return. You will need to print the returns label at home, or visit a local Post Office that has a label printing service. Details regarding this are in the e-mail. As an enhancement to our service, you will be given the option to have Royal Mail collect the parcel from your home address for a small charge. Please note that this service is offered to you by Royal Mail at your cost. You will be required to pay for this service through the portal.)                                                                                                                                                                                            

 

Please ensure your item(s) are securely packed and properly labelled. If you are returning footwear, please DO NOT attach the label or any sticky tape to the footwear box AS YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITH A DAMAGED SHOE BOX.

 

The cost of returning the item(s) to us is £3.00. You will not have to pay on the portal or at the Post Office to return the parcel, but the £3.00 fee will be deducted from the amount we refund to you (unless you are returning a faulty item, which is free of charge).

 

If you choose to use any other returns method, you will be liable for the full cost of the postage which will not be reimbursed to you.

 

Return by Post - International Customers

Please return the parcel(s) using your local postal service to the address below in the United Kingdom. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

ALL RETURNS, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON OUR WEBSITE, WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE USING THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. IF REPLACEMENT GOODS ARE REQUIRED, SIMPLY FILL OUT THE EXCHANGE INFORMATION ABOVE WITH YOUR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEE FOR EXCHANGES BUT THEY ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY.

Refunds

If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment. On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Exchanges

Got the wrong size? Picked the wrong colour? Don’t worry, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of our returns form and sending everything back by post. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, we’ll either refund the difference or give you a phone call to take the additional payment. Our stock changes quickly and once it’s gone, it’s gone, so please check online or with customer services to see if your required exchange item is available.
